Ice Bridge Thickness Adjustment of Ice Machine and its Operational Process

 

The follow is about ice block machine's ice bridge thickness adjustment:

(1) the thickness of the ice bridge should be about 3mm, between interpersonal and evaporator probe should be higher than the actual thickness of the ice bridge thickness of about 1.5mm, mouth adjustment screw clockwise to increase the thickness of the ice bridge.

(2) Plug in the power, ice machines to work, the first pump starts running (exhaust air pump has a short course) for about two minutes after the compressor is started, the state machine into ice.

(3) When setting the thickness of the thickness of the ice, the ice probe is initiated, the solenoid valve to work, the pump stops working, the heat to the evaporator, falling ice from about 1.5 minutes. When the ice fall, when flipped off the ice and open the shutter orpiment switch. When the switch is closed again orpiment, ice machine into the process again.

(4) compressor ice and off the ice throughout the process does not stop.

(5) When the reservoir bucket full of ice, when orpiment switch can not be closed automatically, the machine automatically stops working when removed enough ice, orpiment switch is closed, the machine starts three minutes after the delay, the process of re-entering the ice.
